Our outdoor barn quilts are premium quality that will be long lasting. Once installed at the top of a barn gable or anywhere you mount them, they won't need repainting every few years like a painted wood quilt. Our squares are crafted from ½” building-grade PVC for the 11.5", 18", 23.5", 34" and 46" sizes or ¼” alumacore for the 72" (shipped in 4 - 36"x36" pieces) and 92” sizes (shipped in 4 - 46"x46" pieces). The Barn Quilt Outdoor Signs are printed with UV Ink and weather stable automotive grade decal vinyl and then laminated with a glossy clear laminate to give long-lasting protection from the sun's UV rays. We use this same combination for thousands of signs we ship around the country every year.

DUAL LOCK

For smaller size barn quilts where the mounting surface allows it, this is a wonderful outdoor durable mounting fastener made by 3M. For 11", 18" & 23.5" size quilts. This can be purchased separately if requested.

STAINLESS SCREWS

We recommend stainless screws to secure all sizes of our barn quilts.

We make every barn quilt to order, and we will typically ship your order within 3-5 business days (the 72” and 92” sizes will take a few days longer). We have UPS picking up orders every weekday to ship orders around the country. We will take care to pack your order carefully with quality packing and each order must pass a multi-step quality control process prior to shipping. Shipping is free within the continental United States.
