WHY WE USE PVC BOARDS INSTEAD OF WOOD

Our barn quilts are premium quality that will be long lasting. Once installed at the top of a barn gable or anywhere you mount them, they won't need repainting every few years like a painted wood quilt. Our boards are crafted from ½” building-grade PVC or ¼” alumacorr for the 92” size. They are printed with UV ink and weather stable decal vinyl. Our boards were designed to be used as wood replacements in the building industry. We have used these boards for more than 40,000 signs shipped around the country since 2001. They are rigid, strong and handle all weather conditions very well. We also use the high quality vinyl for long life of the quilt image.
